The Solution

Digital Mettle Built Tank Manager

Digital Mettle developed Tank Manager — a custom Blazor web application that acts as the command center between Novi AMS and QuickBooks. Tank Manager imports all relevant member and product information directly from Novi and automatically exports completed purchases into QuickBooks each night, completing a full data cycle and establishing Novi as the true system of record.

Tank Manager incorporates complex layers of member data, purchasing rules, and compliance information to streamline every step of the product search and purchase process for STI/SPFA members.

Members log in to Tank Manager via SSO from Novi, with no separate credentials and no friction.

Each night, Tank Manager automatically pushes invoices for the day’s purchases and registrations directly into SteelTank’s QuickBooks account.

Full QuickBooks ↔ Novi Cycle

Invoices flow from QuickBooks back into Novi automatically, keeping both systems in sync without any manual intervention.
