The Challenge

The National Apartment Association (NAA) needed a reliable way for its hundreds of Member Affiliates to share member data with NAA’s Salesforce/Nimble CRM. The NAA Data Team was left manually processing an ever-growing volume of records. There was no automated method or validation process during import which put a large burden on NAA to clean and match the data to their own CRM.

The Solution

Digital Mettle Built the NAA ADE Portal

Digital Mettle developed a custom Blazor web application that serves as the central hub for all affiliate data flowing into NAA. The portal imports member records from Novi AMS and other affiliate platforms, then runs them through complex matching and validation logic to determine the right approval pathway. It writes approved data directly into NAA’s Salesforce/Nimble CRM in real time or allows NAA Administrators to review and manually push the data.

Affiliates connect their systems through a guided API setup process or upload data manually via Excel. NAA administrators get a full-featured dashboard to review, edit, and approve every incoming record with full confidence in what is being written to their CRM.

Single Sign-On Admin Portal

NAA administrators log in via SSO and get a unified view of every incoming member record across all affiliates, with the ability to view, edit, or approve records directly from the dashboard.

Intelligent Record Matching

Complex logic evaluates each incoming record against multiple criteria. High-confidence matches move to allow bulk approval; anything ambiguous gets flagged for the Data Team to review.

Live Salesforce Integration

Approved records write directly to NAA’s Salesforce/Nimble CRM in real time, surfacing both national membership status and proprietary lease program details alongside each member record.

Self-Service Affiliate Portal

Affiliates connect their AMS through a guided step-by-step API wizard and can view real-time member information and any potential issues on their own, without routing requests through NAA staff.

Flexible Data Importing

Affiliates that are not yet on a connected AMS can add members manually or upload via Excel, so every organization has a clear path to participate regardless of their current technology.

Synchronized Leasing Information
